2FPower for Scottish Ministers to give directions

(1)

The Scottish Ministers may, after consulting with a relevant public authority, give a direction to that authority relating to its duties under section 2D.

(2)

The Scottish Ministers—

(a)

may vary or revoke, and

(b)

must publish,

a direction given under this section.

(3)

A relevant public authority must comply with a direction given to it under this section.
