SCHEDULE 1 Bòrd na Gàidhlig

Membership

3 A person may not be appointed to or continue as a member of the Bòrd if that person is or (as the case may be) becomes—

(a) a member of the House of Commons,

(b) a member of the Scottish Parliament, or

(c) a member of the European Parliament.
