Provision of further and higher education etc. S

6 Fundable bodies S

[F1 (1) In this Act, “ fundable body ” means—

(a) any body specified in schedule 2; and

(b) any regional strategic body (see section 7B).]

(2) In this Act, any reference to a fundable [F2 post-16 education] body means a body specified in [F3 schedule 2].
