Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, Section 2 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 26 July 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
The following bodies are dissolved on such date as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint—
(a)the Scottish Further Education Funding Council (established under section 7(1) of the 1992 Act); and
(b)the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council (established by section 37(1) of that Act).
