House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24)

2 In the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in Part III of Schedule 1 (disqualifying offices) the entries relating to—

(a) the Scottish Further Education Funding Council; and

(b) the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council,

are repealed.
