SCHEDULE 3Amendment of enactments
1Superannuation Act 1972 (c. 11)
In the Superannuation Act 1972, in Schedule 1 (kinds of employment, etc. referred to in section 1) the entries relating to—
a
the Scottish Further Education Funding Council;
b
the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council; and
c
a body corporate created by virtue of section 59A(2)(c) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992,
are repealed.
