Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 13) S

12 S In the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, in schedule 1 (Scottish public authorities)—

(a) in paragraph 49, for the words “Scottish Higher Education Funding Council” there is substituted “ Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council ” ;

(b) after paragraph 85 there is inserted—

“85A The Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council.”; and

(c) paragraphs 86 and 87 are repealed.
