80Inquiries
The Scottish Ministers may cause an inquiry to be held into—
(a)
the manner in which a relevant authority is carrying out any of its functions under this Act;
(b)
the circumstances of, or the steps taken to deal with—
(i)
a fire;
(ii)
a road traffic accident; or
(iii)
an emergency of another kind in relation to which a relevant authority has functions under this Act.
