24 S In subsection (10) of section 34 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (pensions etc.), for the words from “fire”, where it secondly occurs, to the end substitute “ relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5)). ”.
