17In subsection (4) of section 43 (guidance as to exercise of traffic powers) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)the relevant authorities (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5));”.
