16In the Schedule to the Strathclyde Regional Council Order Confirmation Act 1991, in paragraph (a) of subsection (8) of section 3—
(a)the word “, fire” shall be repealed; and
(b)after “services” insert “, or by a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
