15In the Schedule (Provisional Order confirmed by Act) to the Tay Road Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1991, in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 54, for the words from “a” where it first occurs to the end of that paragraph substitute “an employee of a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
