In section 82 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (interpretation of Part III of Act), in the definition of “fire authority”, for the words from “fire”, where it secondly occurs, to the end, substitute “ relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5)); ”.
