14 (1) SFRS may delegate any of its functions to a person mentioned in sub-paragraph (2). S

(2) Those persons are—

(a) the Chief Officer,

(b) any other member of staff of SFRS,

(c) any of its committees.

(3) Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect—

(a) SFRS's responsibility for the carrying out of the delegated functions, or

(b) SFRS's ability to carry out the delegated functions.]
