[Delegation of functionsS
14(1)SFRS may delegate any of its functions to a person mentioned in sub-paragraph (2).S
(2)Those persons are—
(a)the Chief Officer,
(b)any other member of staff of SFRS,
(c)any of its committees.
(3)Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect—
(a)SFRS's responsibility for the carrying out of the delegated functions, or
(b)SFRS's ability to carry out the delegated functions.]
