(1)
There is established a body corporate to be known as the Scottish Fire and Rescue Serviceor, in Gaelic, Seirbheis Smàlaidh agus Teasairginn na h-Alba (referred to in this Act as “SFRS”).

SFRS has the functions conferred on it by or under this Act or any other enactment.
(3)
