Section 7 – Saving for certain other offences

35.The conduct constituting an offence under the Act may also constitute an offence under the relevant provisions of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 or the Fire Services Act 1947. Section 7 ensures that it will still be open to the Crown to prosecute such conduct under either the 1967 or 1947 Acts or this Act.
