114Premises manager, staff etc. not to be drunk

(1)Any responsible person in relation to any relevant premises who is drunk while on the premises commits an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
