The provisions of this Act, except this section and sections 21, 22, 23 and 25, come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.

Different days may be so appointed for different provisions and different purposes.

This Act may be cited as the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.
