The Scottish Ministers are required to prepare and publish a report which would include information on any Environmental Assessment related activity they consider appropriate and specifically the exercise of the functions of the Scottish Ministers under this legislation. The report is to be laid before the Scottish Parliament as soon as practicable after the end of years 2006 to 2010. The reporting arrangements will be reviewed following a suitable consultation after the report for 2010 has been published.
