the extraction of asbestos and for the processing and transformation of asbestos and products containing asbestos;

asbestos-cement products with an annual production of more than 20,000 tonnes of finished products;

friction material with an annual production of more than 50 tonnes of finished products; or

other uses of asbestos having utilisation of more than 200 tonnes per year.
