Section 2 – Co-operation for purposes of inspections
11.Section 2 gives the specified statutory persons a power to co-operate with one another for the purposes of inspections regarding the delivery of services to relevant persons, as defined in section 1 of the Act. The provision includes a general power to amend the list of inspectors by Order made through affirmative procedure.
