Part 1 S Smoking: prohibition and control

6 Fixed penalties S

(1) Schedule 1 (which provides as to fixed penalties for offences under this Part) has effect.

(2) Schedule 1 does not extend to an offence under section 1 [F1 or 3] [F1 , 3, 4A, 4B or 4C(5)] committed otherwise than by a natural person.
