SCHEDULE 1 S Further provision about regional Transport Partnerships

Legal proceedings, notices etc. S

13 (1) Sections 189 to 193, 195 and 197 to 199 (legal proceedings, notices etc.) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (c. 65) apply in relation to a Transport Partnership as they apply in relation to a council. S

(2) A Transport Partnership shall appoint one of its employees as its proper officer for the purposes of sections 190, 191 and 193 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
