18In the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2004, for “section 7 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990”, where those words occur in—
(a)regulation 5(2)(k)(i), and
(b)paragraph 101(2)(m)(i) of schedule 5,
substitute “section 34 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 10)”.
