If a landlord on whom an antisocial behaviour notice is served under section 68(1) F1or (1A) requests the local authority that served the notice to review the notice, the local authority shall review the notice.

A request under subsection (1) shall be made before the expiry of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which the notice is served or such longer period as the authority may allow.

There is no duty to carry out a review of a decision reached on review.
