SCHEDULE 2Penalties for certain environmental offences

Section 75 of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 (penalty for polluting water) shall be amended as follows—

(a)

in subsection (3), in paragraph (a), for “the prescribed sum” substitute “ £40,000 ”; and

(b)

subsection (4) is repealed.
