SCHEDULE 6 S Protection of wildlife

6 S In section 5 (prohibition of certain methods of killing or taking wild birds)—

(a) in subsection (1)(a), for “calculated” substitute “ likely ”,

(b) paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (5) are repealed.
