SCHEDULE 6 S Protection of wildlife

3 S In section 2 (exceptions to offences against wild birds etc.)—

(a) subsection (2) is repealed,

(b) in subsection (3), for “Subsections (1) and (2)” substitute “ Subsection (1) ”.
