SCHEDULE 1 S Notifications relating to sites of special scientific interest: procedure

9 S Where—

(a) SNH has received a representation made within the period specified in the notification by virtue of paragraph 3(c), and

(b) it is required by subsection (8) of section 21 to [F1 consider the matter,]

SNH must not confirm the notification unless it has complied with [F2 paragraph (a) ] of that subsection.
