SCHEDULE 1 S Notifications relating to sites of special scientific interest: procedure

5 S If SNH does not give notice under paragraph 10 within the period mentioned in paragraph 4(a) or that period as extended, it is to be treated as having withdrawn the notification and as having given notice of that fact on the day on which the period expired.
