8SIn Part II of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (tribunals under the supervision of the Scottish Committee of the Council on Tribunals), in paragraph 50, after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland constituted under section 17(1) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 4).”.
