Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 (c. 39)

6 In the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) 1989, the following provisions are repealed—

(a) section 71,

(b) section 72, and

(c) in Schedule 10, paragraph 8(2).
