SCHEDULE 1 S Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland

Disclosure of information S

16 S The President must, at such times and in respect of such periods as regulations may specify, provide to—

(a) the Scottish Ministers, and

(b) such persons as the regulations may specify,

such information relating to the exercise of Tribunal functions as is specified in the regulations.
