<Text><CitationSubRef id="c00543" URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2004/11/schedule/2" CitationRef="c00001" SectionRef="schedule-2">Schedule 2</CitationSubRef> prescribes the form of a notice of potential liability for costs.  It is necessary to give details of the flat to which the notice relates and a description of the work to which it relates.  The notes for completion specify that the flat must be described in a way that is sufficient to identify it.  The description must refer to the title number if the flat has been registered in the Land Register of Scotland.</Text>
