RULE 9 – GIVING OF NOTICE

Day on which notice is to be taken to be given

9.4 For the purposes of this scheme—

(a) a notice posted shall be taken to be given on the day of posting, and

(b) a notice transmitted by electronic means shall be taken to be given on the day of transmission.
