12SIn section 58(1) of the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc. Act 2000 (interpretation), in the definition of “land”, for the words “land obligations (as defined in section 2(6) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (c. 35)” there shall be substituted “title conditions, within the meaning given by section 122(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 9)”.
