11SIn section 16(6) of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993 (provisions relating to conveyance), for the words “land obligations as defined in section 1(2) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970” there shall be substituted “title conditions, within the meaning given by section 122(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 9),”.
