15 S In section 77 (short title and commencement)—

(a) in subsection (2)(a), for the words “63 to” there shall be substituted “ 64, 65, ”; and

(b) in subsection (4)(a), for the words “and 47 to 49” there shall be substituted “ , 47 to 49, 63 and 65A ”.
