I18Determination under section 5 or 6: power to regulate procedure

The Scottish Ministers may, by regulations, make such further provision as to the procedure which is to apply in relation to a determination under section 5 or 6 above as they think fit.

The regulations may, in particular, make provision in relation to—
a
the procedure to be followed by the Scottish Ministers before making their determination; and
b
the procedure to be followed by an individual, organisation or other person invited, under section 5(3) or 6(2) above, to make observations.
