16In the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, in Part 2 of schedule 2 (listed authorities)—

(a)the paragraph relating to the Scottish Medical Practices Committee is repealed; and

(b)after paragraph 21 there is inserted—

“21AThe Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland.”.
