Part 2 S The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland

General duties S

5 Duty to monitor operation of Act and promote best practice S

The Commission shall—

(a) monitor the [F1 practical application of the observance of Part 1] of this Act; and

(b) promote best practice in relation to the [F2 practical application of the observance of Part 1 of this Act].
