331Minor and consequential amendments, repeals and revocations(1)

Schedule 4 to this Act, which contains minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, shall have effect.

(2)

The enactments mentioned in Part 1 of schedule 5 to this Act (which include provisions that are spent) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that schedule.

(3)

The enactments mentioned in Part 2 of schedule 5 to this Act (which include provisions that are spent) are hereby revoked to the extent specified in the second column of that schedule.

(4)

Notwithstanding the repeal in respect of sections 1, 125, 128 and 129 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 36) in schedule 5 to this Act, those sections shall continue to have effect for the purposes of sections 10 and 95 of that Act.
