Subject to subsection (2) below, in calculating, for the purpose of this Chapter, the day on which a compulsory treatment order—
a
ceases;
b
will cease; or
c
would have ceased,
to authorise the measures specified in it, there shall be left out of account any period for which the order is extended (or extended and varied) by an interim order under section 105 of this Act.

Subsection (1) above does not apply as respects calculating that day for the purpose of that section.
