In section 102(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (duty of Scottish Ministers to provide state hospitals)—

(a)

after the word “under” insert “ the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 46) or ”; and

(b)

for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “ Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13) ”.
