The Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (c.65) S

2 S In section 64(5) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (enactments concerning appointment of officers continuing to have effect), for paragraph (bb) substitute—

“(bb) section 32 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13);”.
