The President shall, in respect of each period of 12 months beginning on 1st April, prepare a written report as to the Tribunal’s discharge of its functions during that period.

The President shall submit each report prepared under sub-paragraph (1) above, as soon as practicable after the period to which it relates, to the Scottish Ministers.

The Scottish Ministers shall lay before the Scottish Parliament a copy of each report submitted to them under sub-paragraph (2) above.
