Section 9 (arbitration as to permanent pasture) of the 1991 Act applies in relation to short limited duration tenancies F1, limited duration tenancies, modern limited duration tenancies and repairing tenancies as it does in relation to 1991 Act tenancies, but as if the references to the holding were references to the land.
