34Publication of summary of charges scheme

When a charges scheme is approved in accordance with section 32, Scottish Water must—

(a)

make arrangements for allowing any person to—

(i)

inspect the scheme at any reasonable time,

(ii)

obtain a copy of it, or any part of it, on payment of such reasonable fee (if any) as Scottish Water may determine, and

(b)

publicise those arrangements and publish a summary of the scheme.
