8House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c.24)
In Part II of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified for membership of the House of Commons), the entries for the East of Scotland Water Authority, the North of Scotland Water Authority and the West of Scotland Water Authority are repealed.
